S&W Victory Model
I have been looking at a S&W Victory Model marked 38 S&W on the barrel. It is marked US GOVERNMENT PROPERTY on top of the frame. Trouble is, I think it has a different cylinder chambered for 38 Special. The cylinder finish doesn't match the gun, and the chambers look deeper than what I would expect for the 38 S&W round. Does anyone have any ideas? It's pretty clean, lots of original finish, and they're asking $500.00.
