Antique Military Arms
Does anyone have any interest in discussing antique military arms? Items Llke 45/70s from the 19th century or flint locks from our revolution come to mind. I recently picked up a M1803 Harpers Ferry M/L rifle in original flint -- one of the types Lewis & Clark carried on their trip. BTW, did you know they carried an air rifle on their trip? They thought it would impress the Native Americans. It pumped up like a modern one, and had a ball-shaped compressed air reservoir immediately in front of the trigger guard, looks like it could have been used as a palm rest LOL

RE: Antique Military Arms
I love all the old military rifles. Unfortunately, they are almost all out of my price range.
So how about a picture or two of that old Flintlock? Ken Firearms Price Guide...For What It's Worth. Join Us On Facebook! Check Out Our Blog! |
