Here's a gun I wish I still had. This 12 Gauge was the first shotgun I ever owned. I ended up selling it for personal reasons, but would buy one again in a heartbeat (if there weren't so darn many other guns I want in addition to the Mossberg).

I used the slug barrel with slugs a few times, but anything further than about 25 yards I couldn't hit no matter how hard I tried.

Still, it packs an awesome punch, and the price was pretty good too.

Mossberg sure does make some fine packaged-style shotguns. Go duck hunting in the morning and turn right around with a barrel change, add scope and you can go deer hunting in the afternoon. I was watching a hunting show lastnite and it was with a gun I never heard of--Tristar Arms. I looked at their site and it looks like a fine gun, but I don't know where it's imported from. Prices for what ya got were reasonable.
